Influencing People - Assertively is designed to assist participants to explore methods to improve and enhance their communication, leadership and conflict management skills by developing their ability to influence people assertively. 

By utilizing the Interpersonal Influence Inventory 4th Edition - a learning instrument that encourages professionals to assess their own influence styles and work toward communicating more effectively, the participants will work through 2 performance coaching/facilitated session: Communication; Determining My Interpersonal Influence Style?; Intro to Work Satisfaction; Action Plan going forward.
